She was born in Iowa Jan. 5, 1865, and was married in 1880 to John Bergman. Eight years later they came west and resided at Sacramento, Cal., until coming to Jackson county in 1901. In 1913 she was married to A. B. Clarno and fourteen years later they moved to Grant's Pass. Mrs. Clarno was a member of the Baptist church. Besides her husband, she leaves four sons, Walter, Waymen and Carl Bergman of Medford and Wallace Bergman of Oakland, Cal. Also 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Two grandsons, Edison and Edwin Crandall, are in the armed forces in Australia. Funeral services will be held in the Conger-Morris chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday, with the pastor of the Baptist church of Grant's Pass officiating. Interment in the Central Point cemetery.
