Miss Alberta Stacey of Beagle, Oregon, was given the highest average of any
applicant taking the examination, having earned an average of 95.2 per 
cent. Miss Viola Phiester of Woodville stood second with an average of
94.2. The highest average for a third grade certificate was earned by Miss
Nell C. Palmer of Ashland, who received 90.7 per cent.
