KNOWLES, Chester Roy, Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Monday,
15 Nov 1942, Prospect Items: -- Much sorrow is felt in this locality
over the tragic death of Roy Knowles Thursday as he was well
known here, having attended the Prospect high school. Roy was a
member of the 1941 graduating class, and has his name on the
honor plaque as the most outstanding senior boy of that year.
