Richard Philip Peat, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred R. Peat of Lakeview, Ore. Lieut. Peat has been visiting in Portland for the past two weeks awaiting his army orders. He is a graduate of Oregon State college and recently received his commission. He is affiliated with Sigma Phi Sigma fraternity. Miss Hughes plans to return to the Corvallis campus to finish her senior year of college education. The Garlocks are former Medford residents.
