She received many lovely gifts. Those bidden to the affair were Mesdames Scott Huffman, Louis Putman, William Strode, Robert Higgens, Wilfred Huffman, Walter Miller, Raymond Muir and the Misses Charlotte Miller and Ella Brown. Mrs. Newburn will wed Bud Colvin in November. She is the daughter of Mrs. Walter Miller of Sam's Valley.
