We are indebted to Sheriff Birdsey for the following report of criminal and
insane commitments for Jackson county for 1891:

I. J. Stacy, manslaughter, 1 year
Charles Rummel, assault, $50 fine
James Parr, larceny, 1 year
Marion Bailey, not a true bill
William Johnson, larceny, 2 years
James McCarthy, larceny, 2 years
George May, larceny, not true bill
Wm. Stewart, larceny, 40 days
J. S. Gordon, larceny, not a true bill
Abel Bourges, larceny, 2 years
J. S. Walters, extortion, forfeited bail
Jerry Davis, larceny, 12-1/2 days
George Young, larceny, 1 year
Frank Sanders, larceny, 2 years
E. Peitner, larceny, 12-1/2 days
