Proppe of Corvallis, Ore., are the parents of a daughter born June 22 in that city. Mrs. Proppe is the former Jo-Ann Humphrey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. O. Humphrey, 103 Genesee street, Medford. Mr. Proppe was graduated from Oregon State college this summer and was president of the student body during his senior year.
