The bride was beautifully gowned in white silk canton crepe,and a long tulle veil was held in place with a diadem of orange blossoms and she carried a pretty bouquet of white carnations and lilies of the valley. Mrs Richard Reynolds,Canby telephone operator,acted as matron of honor and her husband,Richard reynolds was best man. Mr and Mrs Rhodes left immediatley on their honeymoon,which they are spending with relatives inPocatello,Idaho,the brides going away gown being brown velour with hat to match. The bride has made her home in Canby for the past six years,and had many friends throguhout this city as well as in Molalla,where her parents now reside. Mr Rhodes is an employee of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company,being foreman of the section crew.he has been with the company for the past twelve years. After a honeymoon trip of two weeks,the bride and groom will return to their home here,where they will reside for the present.
