Popular Canby Girl Bride of Tacoma Man
Marriage of Miss Selma Olson to mr Victor Anderson,is Event of the Week
The marriage of Miss Selma Olson,of Canby,to Victor B.Anderson,of 
tacoma,Wash.,was solemnized at 12 o'clock noon on Tuesday,September 12,at the 
home of the brides parents,Mr andMrs Silver Olson,of this city.
The marriage ceremony was performed by rev Overt Skilbred,pastor of the 
Lutheran Norwegian church,of Canby.Only immediate friends and relatives were 
present during the ceremony.
Immediately following the ceremony the young couple left by auto for a 
honeymoon trip to Astoria,Seaside,and other coast cities and are also planning 
a trip up the Columbia Highway.They expect to be gone about ten days.
The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Silver Olson,of this city,and she is a 
very popular young lady,having graduated from the Canby High School,also 
attending the pacific Lutheran College,at Parkland,Wash.,where hse made her 
home with her parents before coming to Canby.
The groom is the son of Mr and Mrs Aldre Anderson,of Tacoma,Wash.,and is 
connected with the business end of the Tacoma Auto Electric Co., of Tacoma.
Mr and Mrs Anderson will make their future home iin Tacoma,Wash.
