Fern Johnson Becomes Bride Of Thomas Marks
Miss Daisie Fern Jhnson ,daughter of Mrs.Isabel Johson of Independence,and 
Thomas Marks were united in marriage at Dallas,August 24.After the ceeremony 
the couple came  to the bride's home in Independence where a delightful dinner 
was served to friends and relatives . Thos present were Mr.and mrs.Anderson of 
Coopers Hollow,Albert Marks and family of Canby,Mrs.Fishback of 
Monmouth,Mrs.Charles Osburn of Coopers Hollow,and Mr.and Mrs. Coey of 
Canby.Mr.and Mrs.Marks left for Tillaook where they will spend a few days.They 
will return to make their home inIndependence.Mrs.Marks has many friends here 
whi will join in wishing the couple happiness.-Independence Enterprise
