Wedding
Edward Eggers Takes Lillian Bonfiht as bride at Home Nuptials
One of the pretty weddings of the June season in Sherwood was that at the home 
of Mr and Mrs John Eggers last Sunday at high noon,when their son Edward took 
as his bride Lillian Bonfigt,one o fthe popular and charming young women of 
the Sherwood amd Scholls vicinty
The home was prettily decorated in natural greenery and flowers,and about 
twenty relatives and close friends attended
The bride was given away by her father,and Mamie Bonfigt,sister of the 
bride,was bridesmaid,while Arthur Itel was best man.Edna and Annie Eggers were 
the flower girls,and they presented a pretty picture as they scattered roses 
along the bridal path.Little Walter George Schwartz was the ring bearer
Following the reception a wedding dinner was served at 2 o'clock,and later in 
the afternoon the happy couple motored toPortland with Mr and Mrs E.J 
Lawrenz,and after passing a few hours in Portland the couple left for Seaside 
and other beach points on an extended honeymoon.They will live in this vicinty 
on their return
Rev Hazelton of the Scholls church officiated.Among those present were Mrs 
Schwartz and son George of Aberdeen,Wn.,Mr and Mrs Ott and family of 
Sunnyside,P.Curtis and H Zybach,of Portland,Arthur Itel of Tualatin,mr and Mrs 
E.J Lawrenz,mr and Mrs L Egger and son Emnmett.John Egger and family and M
