Oregon City,oct.13-(Special)- F.A.McCarthy, in a divorce suit filed 
today,charges lena Mccarthy,whom he married at Eugene in April,1902, with 
desertion in the following August. There are no children and the plaintiff 
asks to be legally seperated from the woman
