Plaintiff Gets Decree For $5000 Judgement
Mrs.Julia Jraxberger of Macksberg,was awarded a decree of divorce in Clackamas 
County Circuit court last week,of divorce from Franz Kraxberger,and given 
judgement for an undivided one third interest in 160 acres of land located in 
the southern part of the county,also the sum of $5000,$500 in attorney fees 
and &50 costs of the court action.
Mrs.Kraxberger filed a complaint against her husband several months 
ago,alleging that he had been guilty of cruel andinhuman treatment and 
desertion.Kraxberger left Clackamas county several years ago to return to 
Europe.Mrs.Kraxberger also made the Canby State Bank and the Aurora State Bank 
defendants in the proceedings as these institutions had care of portions of 
the estate.
