Harrison Wislon Passes Away In Oregon City
Word was received here Monday of the death of Harrison Wilson,a former 
resident of Canby and of Atkins Mill.The deceased passed away at the home of 
his daughter,Mrs Minnie Hartle at Oreogn City,Sunday morning at 6 p.m..He was 
born in Missouri in 1843 and at the time of his death was 78 years fo age.His 
wife preceded him to her rreward exactly two years and one day at the time of 
Mr Wislons death.Ten children were born to the Wislons,seven of whom survive 
him.Mr Wislon at one time owned the farm that is known as the Tice farm.Those 
who mourn his loss are his seven children:Mrs John Stoker of Canby,Mrs Minnie 
Hartle of Oregon City,Louis Wilson of Garfield,Wash.,Neily Wislon of 
Sprague,Wash.,Bert Wilson,MyrtleCreek,Oregon,Rose Ray ,Charles,Wash.,and Ruby 
Lloyd of Hoooper,Wash.,
The remains were laid to rest at the Zion Cemetary Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m.
