Mr.Schaubls first wife died two and one half years ago leaving two young children. Since her death he had been caring for the little ones at a home in Philadelphia and he has been emploed on th epolice force of this city.He weas married again recently and with his bride had started in an automobile for Oregon on a honymoon trip and a visit to his former home.When they were near detroit,Michigan, a carelss driver speeding around a curve, collided with the machine Mr.Schaubel was driving with such force that his wife was thrown through the windshield and died two haours later.Naturally the trip was abandoned and he returned to Phiadelphia.
