Funeral Services for mrs Rhodes Held
The funeral services for the late Mrs J.C Rhodes,was held fromt he Nazarene 
church in this city,last saturday afternoon.Rev G.C Wicker,conducting the 
service using as his text I Cor.15-54 "Death is swallowed up in 
victory"Internment will be in the Zion cemetary
Ina Amelia Rhodes was born at Viento,oregon,April 7,1903,and died at the 
Oregon City Hospital,following an operation,on August 30th.At the time of her 
death she was 19 years,4 months,and 23 days of age.In 1913,with her 
parents,she came to Canby,where on November 10,1921,she was untied in marriage 
to J.C Rhodes,of this city.About three months ago they moved to Hubbard.She 
leaves to mourn her loss,her husband and infant son;her parents,two brothers 
and six sisters.She was converted in February,1922,under Rev James Alliotts 
evangelical ministry.
