Mrs.O.J.Moe Called By Death
Resident of Silverton For Past 21 years Dies After Long Illness
Silverton,Nov.1-Mrs.O.J. moe died at the home of her daughter,Mrs,Hans Jensen 
Friday evening at 7 o'clock following an illness of a nymber of weeks.Funeral 
services will be held from the Trinity church Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock 
with the Rev.H.L.Foss officiating.Internment will be made in Valley View 
cemetary,Larson&Son having charge of the arrangements.
Mrs.Moe with her family came to Silverton 21 years ago from Nebraska.For many 
years they lived in the Brush Creek district where Mr.Moe owned and farmed the 
place on which his son,John,now lives.A few years ago they moved into 
Silverton and bought a place ojn Grant Avenue where they lived unitl Mr.Moe's 
death,six years ago.Since then Mrs.Moe has lived for the most part with her 
daughter.
Mrs.Moe us survived by eight children,John Moe,Mrs.Anna Jensen,Mrs.Olg 
Funrue,Mrs.Olive Hatteberg,Mrs.Oscar Satern all o Silverton,Melvin Moe of 
Eugene,Ludvig Moe of Portland,and Mrs.Clara Styve of Albert Lee,Minn.
