Tigard Sentinel October 17,1924
The many friends of little Romana Lannigan were surprised and grieved to learn 
of her sudden death last evening.She had been attendin school at portland,and 
came home Friday suffering with what was supposed to be a cold.It developed 
into a case of Diptheria,from which she died.She was seven years of age,and is 
survived by a brother and sister,her mother,and grandparents,Mr.and 
Mrs.P.Moylan,with whom she had made her home.The funeral was held from the 
Moylan home,Wednesday morning,Rev.Father Michael,O.F.M.officiating.The entire 
community extends to the grieving relatives their sincere sympathy.
