Eye witnesses who saw the accident stated that several young boys were scuffling out in the street and that young Leach attempted to part them ina friendlt way,when he became subject to a fainting spell,falling with his head against the curb. Dr Dedman was summoned at once and after his examination it was found that the young mans neck was broke and that death was instantaneous.
