Former Canby Resident is Buried near Hubbard
This Wednesdat=y morning train brought from Portland the body of mrs Christina 
Larson,who died at the home of her son,William larson of Portland,Monday 
Evening.Mrs Larson's son,William and wife and two grandhcildren came in on the 
same train which brought the body  of the deceased mother.E.N Hall of Woodburn 
was in charge of the funeral arrangmenets at this place.The deceased was taken 
to the Zion church ,near the former home of Mrs Larson,where the last services 
were held this afternoon.Rev Culder of Portland conducted the 
services.Christina Larson was born in Sweden,march 11,1859,and came to America 
in 1862.She met and married Hans Larson in 1884.Five children were born to 
them,three sons and two daughters.The husband and two daughters preceded her 
in death.Mr H Larson it will be remembered died some ten months since east of 
this city at the odl home.The family resided at Canby before coming to Hubbard-
-Hubbard Ebterprise.
