Price struck him at the 10th street crossing in Oregon City,was held Saturday morning.Several relatives from Canby were in attendance. Mr.Krueger was watchman at the fatal crossing and was discharging his duty in that capacity when he met his death.Mr.Prices car was struck by a train and hurled against Mr.Krueger,killing him instantly.At an inquest held later Mr.Price and the trainmen were exonerated from all blame. Mr.Krueger was a resident of Canby some time ago and for several years was foreman of the railroad section here.
