Funeral Services For Robert Inglis Is held
Funeral services fo rthe late Robert Lewis Inglis ,who passed away at the home 
of his daughter,Mr O.F Frentress,near this city,on Tuesday,April 17,were held 
from the Canby M.E Church,Thursday afternoon,April 19,with Rev.W Boyd 
Moore,officiating.internment was in Zion cemetary near htis city.
Robert Lewis Inglis was born in Kirkinbock,Scotland,June 16,1844.he was one of 
a family of 11 children,three of whom survive him and who are John and Lyman 
Inglis,and mrs Bowmen,of Los Angeles ,California.He came with his parents to 
Connecticut when he was two years of age,spending his early life in 
Wisconsin,later moving on to Southern california,coming here about 16 years 
ago,where he has made his home since.
Besdies his widow her sis urvived by the following children: Cahrlie Inglis,of 
Prtland;Mrs Clara Spring,of Colorado;and mrs O.F Frentress,of Canby.
he was a member of the Methodist church from early life.
