Miss K.J Hudson passes away in Canby
Miss Katherine Jane Hudson,daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Joseph Hudson,died 
at the home of her sister,Mrs J.E. Dodds of Canby,of paralysis Friday 
evening ,August 12,at 4 o'clock.Miss Hudson came to Oregon 11 years ago and 
has lived here since.She was born in Boston,Massachusetts,.and at the time of 
her death was 55 years of age.She is survived by a sister and brother,Mrs 
J.E.Dodds and R.B Hudson,both of Canby.
The body was taken to Twin falls,Idaho,where internment took place,and she was 
laid top rest by the side of her sister,Mrs Nellie Lyons.Mrs Dodds accompanied 
the body to Idaho.
At the time that Miss Hudson took sick,Mr Dodds,who is employed at C&R Store 
had gone on his vacation and he and Mrs Dodds were camping at Netarts 
Beach,When they heard of the illness.They reached home just a few hours before 
her death.Besides those she leaves to mourn many Canby friends.
