Automobile Accidents
The motor truck is becoming as deadly as the big guns at the front.Almost 
every day we see accounts of kieeld and injured from their use.Greater care 
should be taken to keep them in perfect adjustment and more care in 
driving.Two of the finest fellows,who have been driving motors to Oswego lost 
their lives last week.Mr Kraushar of the Riverview Auto Express and Bernie 
Heckman driver for the Western Soda Works.Bernie was returning Sunday from 
Oswego,and when nearing the bridge at the north side of town,the gearing 
became deranged and the car struck the railing,throwing him out.He fell and 
struck a brace on the bridge 10 feet below,receiving injuries resulting in his 
death.Both men have many friends here
