Death ws attributed to natural causes by coroner Holamn of Oregon City, who investigated the case. Erickson was last seen about 6:30 o'clock Saturday evening, when he went to the Heinz farm for milk. When he failed to return the follwoing evening and the mail was not removed from the rural mail box, the neighbors became alarmed and went to incestigate, finding his body in bed. He had apparently died Satureday night. The elderly man has been a resident of the Pete's mountain country the last four decades, and had farmed a large tarct which he owned.
