Pioneer Resident Is called By Grim Reaper
Mrs.Mary A.Cole.a resident of Canby for more than fifty years,died at the home 
of her daughter,Mrs.E.G.Miller,inj Molalla,Sunday morning.She was 86 years of 
age and had been a resident of Oregon since 1847,having crossed the plains by 
ox team with her parents.
Mrs.Cole went to Molalla a few weeks ago to visit her daughter and had been 
there a short time when stricken with paralysis.
The funeral was held in the First Presbyterian hurch at Aurora Tuesday 
afternoon and internment as made in the Aurora cemetary where her husband was 
buried about eight years ago.Mrs.Cole is survived by seven 
children,namely;A.M.Comdit of Vancouver,Wash..A.B.Cole of Canby,John R.Cole of 
Molalla,Mrs.C.H.Nasler of Mrytle Point,C.O. Cole of Canby,and Mrs.E.G.Miller 
of Molalla.
