Jessie F bridge Laid to rest at Canby
Jessie F bridge was born June 4th,1877 at Pern,Nebraska.She was graduated from 
the Nebraska State Normal School,June 3rd,1897,two years later received a life 
certficate and taught in hte graded schools of Ravenn and St Paul Nebrask fro 
three years,when she received a clerkship for the 1900 census she was promoted 
to the permanent bureau in which postion she served for six years,residing 
with an uncle on East Capital Street,Washington,D.C. In which city she joined 
the Episcopal Church on Easter Sunday.1903,and attended St Marks.She was 
married on September 22,1906 to Ernest Lancaster of Chicago,where they resided 
until 1909 whent hey went to Brandon,Manitoba.the following year they moved to 
a homestead at Prospy,Alberta,Canada,Medicine Hat County.
Her death occurred Marth 8th,1922.She is  survived by her husband,Ernest 
Lancaster,and one son,Tommy,aged five,and father,Wm Bridge of Canby,Oreogn
Her body was brought to Canby and laid to rest iin Zion cemetary near that of 
her Mothers and sister Amys'
The funeral services were conducted in the fathers home,Sunday,march 12,1922 
by rev J.A.Cleland,rector of the Episopal Church of oreogn City
