Another Gone
Mrs Anna E Brandt was born in Redwing ,Minnesota February 7,1878,and died in 
Portland,at the Good Samariatn Hospital ,her sickness being very brief
She came to Oregon twenty two years ago with her parents Mr and Mrs Daniel 
McQuilkin.She lived in Sherwood about ten years.On November 27,1894,she was 
married to Mr Henry A Brandt,and moved to the state of Washington,residing 
there until about two months ago.To this union were born six children,five 
boys and one girl.
Seventeen years ago Mrs brandt was converted under the labors of Miss Tillie 
Atkinson.While she was deprived of church priveleges as she wished,she still 
maintained her Christian integrity.
To mourn her loss Mrs Brandt leaves a husband,six children,one sister,three 
brothers,a host of other relatives and friends.
She was laid to rest by the side of her father in law,Rev Chas A Brandt,in the 
Hood View Cemetary,last Friday morning to await the great resurrection 
morn.Rev C.I. Whitclock conducted the services
