Funeral Services Held For James E Besanson
Funeral services for the late James Eugene Besanson,who died at oregon 
City,Sunday,July 1,were held fromt he undertaking parlors of Holman and Pace 
at Oregon City,Tuesday,July 3,at 10 a.m. with rev W.Boyd Moore,pastor of the 
Canby Methodist church,officiating,Internment was in Mountain View Cemetary
Mr Besanason was born in the State of new York on March 11,1845,and at the 
time of his death was 78 years,three months, and 21 days old.He was a soldier 
iin Company "B" Mounted Rifle,New York and served as cavalryman.he leaves to 
mourn his loss,two sons,one daughter,and brothers and sisters in South Dakota
