All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/or/orfiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Sheron Faynor nitwittwin@hotmail.com March 29, 2007, 7:24 am Canby Herald April 4,1929 John Bany Passes To His Eternal rest John P.Bany,a resident of Canby most of his life,died at the home of his broter,Adam E.Bany,April 1,following a brief illness.Mr.Bany was taken sick a week previous with pneumonia and MOnday suffered a stroek of paralysis which ended his earhly career.he is sruvived byhhis widow,a mother,Mrs.Manry Bany,and five sister and five brothers,namelt;Mrs.N.U.Michels,West Linn;S.W.Bany,Canby;Mrs.M.R.Knox,Scappoose;Fred Bany,Caby;Mrs.Anna Ranch,Aurora;Adam E.Bany,Canby;Mrs.C.L.Davis,Mt.Hood;Mrs.F.S.Sawres of Portland;Paul Bany,Conquille and I.V.Bany,Canby. John Bany was fifty one years of age anf the oldest of the large and robust family.The funeral will be held this afternoon from the Miller Undertaking parlors at Aurora asd burial will be made in the New Era cemetary.The Oddfellows lodge of Canby will have full charge of the service.
