Anthony Funeral Held on Tuesday
Funeral services for Mrs.Herman Anthony,who died at the family home in New Era 
Saturday evening,were held Tuesday afternoon at the 
residence.Rev.J.A.Cleland,rector of St.Paul's Episcopal Church in Oregon 
City,delivered the funeral address,and internment took place in Zion cemetary 
in Canby.
Mr.Anthony had been a resident of the New Era community for more than forty 
five years.
She is survived by her husband,Herman Anthony,of New Era,and the following 
children;Mrs.Mabel Truesdell,Portland;Ray,new 
Era;Albert,Carlton,Ore;Harry,Wset Fir,Ore;Carl,Portland;Hernam Jr.,New 
Era;Miss Maude Anthony,New Era;Mrs.Myrtle Swift,Portland.She also leaves a 
brother,Peter Sager,Mulino,and 10 grandchildren.
mrs.Anthony was a member of Warner grange and Neighbors of Woodcraft
