Canby Herald And Clackamas County News December 7, 1922
Last Saturday evening a group of friends surprised Mr and Mrs matt Faist at 
their farm home near this city.The evening was spent in playing cards and 
dancing.At a late hour a light luncheon was served.Those present were: Mr and 
Mrs Wm Ayers,Mr and Mrs Wm Beson,Mr and Mrs James Mahlum,Mr and Mrs Nils 
melum,mr and Mrs Matt Faist,,the Misses Erma Lace,Felows,Bernice 
Beeson,Lillian melum,Esther Ayers,Messers Melvin Mahlum,Ben Knutson,Albert 
Beeson,Arnold Melum,and William Ayers
