Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order duly licensing the said 
administrator to sell the hereinafter described  real estate belonging to the 
estate of Ole Hanson,deceased,which order and license was issued out of the 
County Court of the State of Oregon  for the County of Clackamas,said 
Administrator from and after July 29,1908 at 10 0'clock a.m. of said date at 
tyhe office of Jno.W.Loder,Attorney in Oregon City,Clackamas 
County,Oregon,will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand all of 
the right,title and interest which the siad deceased had in and to the 
Northwest quarter of Section 32,T,6S.R.2E. of thw Willamette 
Meridian,containing 160 acres of land.
