Canby Herald And Clackamas County News September 14, 1923
A miscellaneous shower was given in honor of Miss Sylvia Wells last Wednesday 
eveing at the home of Mr and Mrs Newt Crtieser one mile east of New Era.A very 
enjoyable evening was spent,lunch was served and music and games were enjoyed 
throughout the evening.
She was presented with several fine presents,among them being several 
beautiful pieces of silverware.The shower was given by members of the Warner 
Grange Social Club.

Thompson;Laverne Hitchman;Mrs McDonald,Mabel Wells,Mr and Mrs Newt criteser
