He stated that it has not yet been determined how active a canvass will be conducted in Oregon in behalf of Roosevelt and Fairbanks,who will carry the state by a tremendous vote.He says it is merely a question how great the majority will be for a Republican candidate. Since September is an extremely busy month with the agricultural class in this state,it is probable that the principal part of the Presidential campaign wil not be waged until October.
