Clackamas County News April 28, 1921
Five schools of Clakamas County were represented at the declamatory contest 
held in Oregon City last friday night in the auditorium of the high 
school.First place was won by Miss Silva Ralfe of Boring;Lila Washburn,of the 
Barclay school was second;Miss Collie of Eastham,third;Miss Forward of Mt 
Pleasant,fourth;and Norman Oswald,of Henrici,fifth.
