Morning Oregonian August 7, 1904
Oregon City,Or.Aug 6- (Special)- Samuel Stainecker, a young man of Canby, was 
arrested this morning on teh charge of attempted criminal assault preferred by 
a young girl named Dycle Knotts, of that place. Stainecker has been released 
on bonds, and his preliminary examination will be held next week.
